Dr. Sarah Gray

Dr. Gray received her Bachelor’s degree in Evolution and Ecology from UC Davis. She received her veterinary degree from Iowa State University in 2004 and completed her internship at VMSG. She also completed a focused emergency internship at University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Gray then ventured back to the Midwest in 2008 to complete her residency in Emergency and Critical Care at the University of Minnesota. After completing her residency in 2011, Dr. Gray quickly returned to sunny California and to VMSG. During her residency Dr. Gray also worked at Pet Poison Helpline, and she continues to work there as a consultant. Dr. Gray enjoys all aspects of Emergency and Critical care, but has a special interest in toxicology, fluid resuscitation, respiratory disease, and trauma. Dr. Gray enjoys hiking, biking, and kayaking in her free time. She lives with her crazy but lovable German short-haired pointer, Dublin.
