Dr. Judit Szamos

Dr. Judit Szamos graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a BS in Biological Sciences. She attended St. George's University for veterinary school and completed her clinical year at Oregon State University. She is originally from Hungary but grew up in California, and is happy to be returning to the Central Coast for her internship.

Besides small animal medicine, Dr. Szamos is interested in wildlife and hopes to use her veterinary skills and knowledge to help injured wild animals. She enjoys being outdoors, hiking, scuba-diving (preferably in warm water), traveling, and exploring the world around her. Her cats, Zsomi and Papoose, have adopted her parents, and she hopes to add to her pet family in the future.
